What do the books look like?
All books are hard-bound and wipe-clean.

How much do the books cost?
We have three prices representing our personalized books:
(1) Regular price on personalized books is $13.97
(this includes C-A-B & Presto Sticker books)
(2) Special Order price on personalized books is $14.95 (+)
(3) Regular price on Disney Press books is Sold Out
What information is needed?
Information needed is mostly the same for all books.
** Individual order forms guarantees you provide the proper information for the book you wish to order.
* Child's first and last name, name child is called, hometown, name of one friend, dedication, date of gift, and who the book is from is usually found in most books.
How are the books made?
Our Create-A-Books are custom printed and assembled by hand. (Click Here to see the whole process.) Your child's information is incorporated into the storyline allowing your child to be "in the story".
Disney Press books are pre-printed and feature personalized stickers for you (or your child) to place alongside the story. (This process allows the characters to speak to your child.)
Interactive Sticker Books are pre-printed and feature custom personalized stickers for you (or your child) to replace text in the story. (This makes the process interactive and your child is "in the story".)
How do I order?
Ordering Online may be done in just a few simple steps.
- Select your favorite book
- Fill out personalized order form
& click the "Order Button"
- Fill in credit card info and "Checkout"
That's all there is to it.
Checks and Money Orders are also welcome.
(Simply mail completed order form with payment to address on form.)
How long before I receive my book?
That usually depends upon where you live (in relation to Massachusetts). It is also dependant upon the United States Postal Service. Orders may be shipped USPS Priority Mail. (The printing of the book is usually done in one day. Generally you should expect delivery of your book in 4 to 5 business days.) 1st Class shipping may delay shipment as much as a week. Special Order selections are shipped directly from the publisher and may take from one to two weeks.
How can I pay for my book?
Payments are accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Personal or Business check, Money Orders, or PayPal. Please send all payments in US Funds.
What if there's a problem w/ my book?
We realize that a personalized gift must be perfect. It is our goal to never have a book arrive anything less than that. If there is a printing error due to our mistake, we'll promptly send a replacement book free of charge. If there is a printing error due to the order form being filled out incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible. Please double check the spelling of your entries on the order form. Books cannot be returned or exchanged as each item is a one-of-a-kind item custom printed and custom ordered specifically for your child only.
